The Jaffa Hotel, A Luxury Collection, Tel-Aviv, advocates providing professional, courteous, quality and equal service to all its guests. This concept of service guides the hotel in its practice in order to make its services accessible for the benefit of all guests, in a way that will allow the use of all the services offered in the hotel in an equal, appropriate and maximum independence manner. Also toilets and showers - in the accessible toilets and showers there are hand holds on the sides of the toilets and inside the shower. In addition, there is a dedicated folding chair in the shower and an accessible chair in the toilet.
In the guest rooms, dedicated TV broadcasts are transmitted that include (hidden) subtitles.
Public areas and restaurants: All public areas and hotel restaurants located between the modern wing and the historical wing are adapted for accessible use.
The hotel elevators: have a destination command system, a visual display and an option to read what is written on the display by an announcement system. There is a button for accessible use in the elevator command. Inside the elevator is an announcement system indicating the floor where the elevator stops and the main services provided there.
Swimming pool: at the entrance to the pool complex, a ramp (ramp) is accessible for wheelchair use. In addition, there is a button on the entrance door to call for help in opening the door when necessary.
In the swimming pool there is an accessible lift chair - to use the chair you must contact the lifeguard. In addition, the pool has a staircase with a handrail. In the pool complex there is an accessible toilet and shower unit.
Accessibility for the hard of hearing: hearing aid systems are installed at the reception desk and in the public areas. In addition, the hotel can provide hearing aid systems to the guest rooms upon request in advance. In the accessible rooms there is a marker lamp for the doorbell.
Guide animals: the hotel allows guide animals to enter all the complexes.
